Anthony Harris has established himself as a leading South African artist and has exhibited
extensively in South Africa as well as in London, Australia and Manhattan, USA. Harris will
be exhibiting over 70 paintings, using the South African landscape as a metaphor. Through
his recent paintings, he invites you to see beyond the surface - into other windows, views
and reflections: some subjected to the alchemy of nature, and others apparent, but not real.

The 20th Anniversary Exhibition by East Cape Calligraphers
8th - 25th April 2009

In 1989, a group of six enthusiastic people formed a Guild for Calligraphers and students of calligraphy in
Port Elizabeth. The aim of the Guild was to further their knowledge in the Art of Beautiful Writing. Over the
past 20 years, the Guild has helped and inspired many people discover the joys of this, sometimes
challenging, but most enjoyable, art form.
